The Minnesota Department of Human Services hired The Improve Group because they wanted to better understand the factors contributing to time spent on child welfare cases. Part of this project relied on data obtained from a statewide survey of child welfare staff.

The Improve Group was at capacity at the time and so they hired Parsimony to answer their well developed questions using the survey data. These insights were then used by The Improve Group to identify the most salient findings and deliver them to state legislators.
